can i pick up my purchase?

yes, but you’re responsible for coordinating it with me. please email me, fill out a contact form, or dm me on instagram. please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is one you actually use. if you don’t message me within a week or so i’ll try to reach out.

pickup is in lakewood/old east dallas preferably on weekday mornings/afternoons or weekend evenings. i am in austin and denton monthly and you can pick them up from me while i’m there. you can check my calendar for a better idea of where i’ll be.

how does the meetup/hand delivery option work?

for $5 I will come to you (anywhere within the city of dallas or in denton or austin if i’m going there anyway). if you’re outside of dallas, we can meet up in between. this option covers everything except you coming to my home to pick up your purchases, you coming to me while i’m in austin or denton, and regular usps shipping.

again, you’re responsible for reaching out to me to coordinate.

what payments do you accept & when are they due?

on this website, credit card and paypal. if you reach out via instagram you can pay with venmo (@candleghoul). at markets i have a card reader and accept cash.

if you purchase via instagram i would much, much prefer for you to venmo money money upfront so i can mark the item as sold. i like to have a digital record of each individual sale.

there’s a candle on instagram i want but i don’t see it here.
