purchasing & shipping

can i pick up my purchase?

yes, but you’re responsible for coordinating it with me. please email me, fill out a contact form, or dm me on instagram. please make sure the email address you enter at checkout is one you actually use. if you don’t message me within a week or so i’ll try to reach out.

pickup is in lakewood/old east dallas preferably on weekday mornings/afternoons or weekend evenings. i am in austin and denton occasionally and you can pick them up from me there, just ask first. you can check my calendars (which are both on the homepage) to see what events i’ll be at, although i travel for personal reasons as well which won’t be listed.

how does the meetup/hand delivery option work?

for $5 I will come to you (anywhere within the city of dallas or in denton or austin if i’m going there anyway). if you’re outside of dallas, we can meet up in between. this option covers everything except you coming to my home to pick up your purchases, you coming to me while i’m in austin or denton, and regular usps shipping.

again, you’re responsible for reaching out to me to coordinate.

what payments do you accept & when are they due?

on this website, credit card and paypal. if you reach out via instagram you can pay with venmo (@candleghoul) or cash app ($candleghoul). at markets i have a card reader. my preferred payments are venmo and cash app as these don’t have processing fees. it’s really up to you.

if you purchase via instagram i would much, much prefer for you to send money upfront. if you have to pay cash, let me know and i will save it for you. if you don’t specify that you’re going to pay with cash and you don’t send money electronically, i will keep the listing up.

there’s a candle on instagram i want but i don’t see it here.

either dm me there or fill out a contact form. if it’s not marked sold on instagram i probably still have it (and just didn’t list it here either because i don’t want to ship it or because i haven’t gotten around to it).

where can i buy them in person?

i do markets around dfw a few times a month. i’m not currently stocked in any stores and don’t have plans to do so in the foreseeable future.
